Some classic rock artists showed up at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday — even if they weren’t present physically. Pop singer Kesha performed a slowed down rendition of Bob Dylan’s “It Ain’t Me, Babe,” accompanied on piano by Ben Folds.
Celine Dion was honored with the Icon Award, which has been presented to artists such as Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, and Prince. Dion performed a rendition of Queen’s “The Show Must Go On” prior to accepting the award.

- Deluxe reissues of Lou Reed albums will be released in the coming months. Lou Reed – The RCA & Arista Album Collection, a 17-disc box set, will hit shelves October 7.
- In an interview with NPR’s All Songs Considered, Paul Simon said he may take a break from songwriting for a while. His latest album, Stranger to Stranger, comes out June 3.
