Music News: 5 Things That Happened Last Week

1. Queen + Adam Lambert kicked off their national summer tour in Glendale, Arizona. It will continue for the next six weeks.

 

2. Stephen Stills and Judy Collins have announced that they are releasing an album, which is currently available for pre-order. The duo will also tour the US together beginning July 26.

 

3. Stevie Nicks has recorded a updated version of “Gyspy” for a new Netflix series of the same name. Gypsy premieres on June 30.

 

4. Brian Wilson will release a new compilation called Playback: The Brian Wilson Anthology on September 22. Two of the 18 songs included on the compilation have not been previously released, with one of them being written specifically for this album.
