It’s Sunday, and you know what that means: time for the news, courtesy of REBEAT!
Breaking news
It was reported on November 4 that Glenn Frey of the Eagles will be soon facing major stomach surgery. The Eagles were to be honored at the Kennedy Center; however, due to Frey’s persistent issues, they will be postponing their attendance to the ceremony. In a statement, the band said:
“[Frey] has had a recurrence of previous intestinal issues, which will require major surgery and a lengthy recovery period.”
The original ceremony will still be held on December 6, and broadcast on December 29 on CBS; the Eagles will now be recognized in 2016.
